ClickUp - Imagine Trello, Asana, Docs, Sheets, Slack, loom, and more all in one app. That’s ClickUp. It’s the easiest way to manage our projects and incorporate the entire team.

Aside from all our geeky SEO tools that wouldn’t be relevant to most, Google Drive and Clickup have been the two greatest tools we utilize.

As an ops-minded director, I’m constantly analyzing and tweaking our processes and campaigns for maximum returns. This meant evolving from a simple Clickup board with all our clients’ workloads piled in together, to reconsidering every aspect and process of every task we operate to make the process as streamlined as possible.

The next is going to be a project management tool. We currently use Clickup. This particular tool I often find is underestimated. When you are growing your team and you want to maximize efficiency and productivity, a project management tool is vital. This will allow all of your teams to better track deadlines, complete deliverables, and collaborate more effectively. Plus, it can be good for cross-department collaboration. When you are consistently adding new team members, it can help them keep track of what they are responsible for, and it can act as a resource hub.

Out of all the tools that are out there my favorite tool is ClickUp, I practically live on Clickup! It's like an extension of my brain at this point.

My team uses Clickup for project management, but much to the dismay of my DOO, I haven’t learned to use it yet. I am sort of allergic to new tools and systems, which always surprises people considering I run a very successful online business!

For organization and project management I use a tool called Click Up where I can sync up my team, freelancers and organize my email and strategy with a content calendar.

Clickup is where we go when we document all processes or even plan the next steps with Kanban-style project management and goals, definitely a complete tool.
