Tell us about what you’ve been up to. Has the business been growing?

Lately, we've been facing challenges with getting enough leads and calls. Our conversion rate remains strong at 80%, but consistently attracting quality leads has been tough. We've tried a few different ad agencies in the past, but unfortunately, they didn't deliver as promised. Right now, we're testing a new agency to see if we can improve our advertising results.

To enhance our online presence and engagement, we have two virtual assistants managing all our social media accounts. They're actively engaging with potential clients to start conversations. On top of that, we're posting content twice a day on social media, including one reel or video to keep our audience engaged and informed.

Additionally, we've hired someone dedicated to making cold calls using our CRM system, which helps us reach out to potential clients more effectively.

Despite these challenges, we're staying positive and working hard to improve. We're constantly refining our strategies and exploring new ways to attract more leads and increase our call volume. Our goal is to continue growing and providing excellent service through TNT Elite Coaches Program.

What have been your biggest challenges in the last year?

Over the past year, our biggest challenge at TNT Elite Coaches Program has been consistently generating enough leads and calls to fuel our growth.

Despite maintaining a strong conversion rate of 80%, the struggle to attract quality leads on a regular basis has been a daily grind. We've experimented with various ad agencies in hopes of finding one that can reliably deliver results, but it's proven more challenging than expected.

To address these challenges, we've implemented significant changes to our marketing strategy. We've intensified our social media efforts, increasing our posts to twice daily and incorporating reels or videos to better engage our audience.

In addition, we've onboarded new virtual assistants to manage social media interactions and hired a dedicated individual for making cold calls through our CRM system.

Despite these efforts, we've encountered issues with consistency among our virtual assistants in generating calls, and our advertising campaigns have yielded minimal results. These setbacks have tested our patience and compelled us to seek more effective solutions moving forward.

On a positive note, we have a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who oversees client fulfillment and ensures our clients receive exceptional service. This has been crucial in maintaining high satisfaction levels despite our challenges in lead generation.

Looking ahead, we're committed to refining our approach, adapting to market changes, and continuing our pursuit of growth. It's been a learning journey, and while it hasn't been without its difficulties, we remain optimistic about the future and determined to overcome these obstacles to elevate TNT Elite Coaches Program to new heights.

Stay flexible and adaptable. The market changes fast, so be ready to adjust strategies based on what's working and current trends.

What have been your biggest lessons learned in the last year?

Over the past year, I've learned a lot from running TNT Elite Coaches Program. One of the big lessons was choosing the right partners for our marketing. We had some struggles with ad agencies that didn't deliver, so now we know to be more careful and communicate better when choosing who to work with.

Another important lesson was adapting quickly to changes in how marketing works. We saw that ad platforms can be unpredictable, so we learned to adjust our strategies faster when things weren't working out. It's been a learning process to stay flexible and take advantage of new trends in social media and online ads.

Personally, I've realized the importance of staying resilient and positive during the ups and downs of running a business. Even when things got tough, keeping a good attitude and focusing on finding solutions helped us get through challenges.

Despite the difficulties, there have been successes too. We've seen good results from boosting our social media presence and creating more engaging content like reels and videos. This has helped us connect better with our audience, even though we've had struggles with getting enough leads.

Looking ahead, these lessons will guide us as we continue to build our team and improve our marketing strategies. We'll keep adapting to changes in the market and looking for new opportunities to grow TNT Elite Coaches Program.

What’s in the plans for the upcoming year, and the next 5 years?

In the coming year, our main focus at TNT Elite Coaches Program is to launch ELC 3.0, which will introduce more automation to make things easier for our clients. We'll provide dedicated teams for ads and tech, allowing coaches to focus more on coaching and less on other tasks.

Our goal is to consistently bring in $50k each month initially, aiming to eventually reach $100k monthly. Our top priority will always be seeing our clients succeed and thrive.

Looking ahead to the next five years, we're excited about expanding our reach to new audiences and possibly new areas. We're eager to grow our services and help even more clients achieve their fitness goals. Our vision is for TNT Elite Coaches Program to be a leader in the online coaching industry, known for our commitment to client success and business growth.

Our short-term goals include perfecting our automation systems, ensuring our clients get the best results, and establishing a strong presence in our industry. Long-term, we aim to set a standard for excellence in online fitness coaching, continuously adapting to meet the needs of our clients and the market. Ultimately, our success will be measured by how successful our clients become, and we're dedicated to supporting them every step of the way.

Advice for other entrepreneurs who might be struggling to grow their business?

For entrepreneurs struggling to grow their business, here's some practical advice based on our journey at TNT Elite Coaches Program. Firstly, choose your partnerships and service providers wisely. We learned this lesson with ad agencies that didn't deliver, so thorough vetting and clear communication are crucial.

Stay flexible and adaptable. The market changes fast, so be ready to adjust strategies based on what's working and current trends. Also, keep a resilient mindset. Entrepreneurship has its ups and downs, so stay positive and learn from setbacks.

A common mistake is neglecting customer relationships. Great service and listening to feedback can really set you apart. Lastly, stay focused on your goals. Whether it's short-term targets or long-term visions, having a clear direction will guide your decisions and motivate your team.

Remember, success often comes from persistence and learning along the way. By applying these tips and refining your approach, you'll be better prepared to overcome challenges and achieve steady growth in your business journey.
