Initially, Saeed created the newsletter using his Chrome extension. He was aware that his app's audience used ChatGPT and had an interest in the AI space, so he shared it with them within the extension.
While Saeed's audience loved the newsletter, some expressed a desire to access it without having to install the extension. As a result, Saeed decided to explore alternative platforms to publish his newsletters, which led him to discover Beehiiv.

Saeed offered the Chrome extension for free, a strategy that attracted thousands of users to sign up since they didn’t have to pay to use the app.
