One of my favorite tool is Upwork, it finds independent contractors for everything from website design to Pinterest creatives that can be achieved quite simply here.
Upwork is a fantastic tool I have to mention for working with and training your freelancers.
We are a fan of using UpWork, to find offshore contractors which have been a huge benefit to our company. I would highly recommend checking it out.
