We are using Pipedrive predominantly as it provides features that allow us to automate multiple follow up tasks with our clients.

Pipedrive is another extremely useful platform that we use. It enables us to keep all the important and relevant information required for couples, their own unique circumstances, the type of wedding they want, and where exactly they are in the process of getting married. It means that with a simple search we have all the information we need right there in front of us, ensuring we don’t have to trawl through potentially scores and scores of emails to find that bit of information we are looking for at that exact moment. It’s a real-time saver!

Pipedrive works the best for us as it not only tracks each client’s to-dos, but it pulls in all the email messages from the same client. This makes it really easy for us to pull up clients on the fly and know everything about them in a couple minutes.

Another one of my go-to apps for the organization would have to be Pipedrive. Pipedrive is great for keeping your potential clients in order. You know exactly what stage everyone is at from just getting in touch with signing the contract. I cannot recommend these apps enough for the organization!

As the business began to scale quickly it was important to use 3rd party tools that can integrate and manage different processes. We are switching to Pipedrive as our CRM because of the complexity it offers in a simplistic user interface.

We use Pipedrive for our CRM tool. This allows us to keep track of all leads and current clients. It holds our team members accountable on how often they contact a lead or client and what the current status is of the relationship.

We had been using Hubspot but just recently moved over to Pipedrive for a more simple interface and to condense our deals into the most important customers for us.

We’ve had to expand our platforms for the sales staff to help monitor conversations and sales, so our ever-growing sales team will be using Pipedrive which is being implemented as we speak.
