My Escort Service Business Makes $3M/Year [Update]

As the largest high-class escort service in the Netherlands, Society Service continues to grow steadily, solidifying our position as a leader in bespoke companionship. Over the past year, our annual turnover has risen by 5% to 10%, even though the number of escorts we collaborate with—approximately 50 to 60 professionals, including female, male, and non-binary individuals—has remained consistent. This growth reflects a shift in what clients seek from their experiences, favoring deeper connections that blend social, intellectual, and emotional intimacy with the erotic.
Our focus on offering authentic, tailor-made encounters has struck a chord with clients looking for more than fleeting moments of pleasure. Increasingly, they value experiences that are fulfilling on multiple levels, a trend that has naturally led to slightly longer bookings. This evolution in client preferences is something we embrace wholeheartedly, as it aligns with our vision of creating connections that are meaningful, memorable, and deeply satisfying.
This past September marked a significant moment of refinement for our policies, particularly around cancellations. Historically, clients were able to cancel their bookings until 10:00 PM the evening prior. However, after gathering feedback from our valued repeat clients, we recognized the need for a more structured approach. We introduced a policy that adjusts the required notice period based on the client’s history with us. Regular clients who book frequently now have the flexibility of a 24-hour notice, while occasional repeat clients require 48 hours, and new clients are asked for a three-day notice.
In addition, we implemented a modest reservation fee of €50, a change that has had an immediate and remarkable impact. Cancellations have decreased by 50%, and when they do occur, the associated fees are handled with much more understanding. By allowing clients to reduce their cancellation fee by half if paid promptly, we have made the process more seamless and fair for everyone involved. This small but thoughtful adjustment has proven to be a win-win, ensuring escorts are compensated for their reserved time while fostering goodwill among our clients.
Another area of focus has been travel expenses, which we recently separated from our base rates. For longer bookings, this adjustment has been beneficial, encouraging escorts to travel further afield for even relatively short bookings. However, we must admit that for shorter trips, this change has presented some challenges, and we are actively exploring minor refinements to ensure the policy remains fair and practical in every scenario.
Over the years, additional services have often been rewarded through tips, but we observed a lack of consistency in this practice. To provide clarity and ensure escorts are appropriately compensated, we introduced fixed rates for extra services. This has removed ambiguity, setting clear expectations for both clients and escorts while continuing to reflect the high standard of service that Society Service is known for.
As we reflect on the past year, we are proud of how these updates have enhanced our ability to deliver extraordinary experiences. Our focus on creating connections that resonate deeply ensures that each interaction is not only unique but also profoundly rewarding for both client and escort.
