Yasser started Chatbase as a "ChatGPT for PDFs" tool. Users uploaded PDFs and could chat with their content. He built the MVP in about two months.
Yasser built Chatbase using React and Next.js for the web interface, Supabase for backend services, and Stripe for payments.
