The arya.ai idea emerged from the founderβs academic research experience. During 2012/13, while conducting a literature review, they struggled with the limitations of basic search tools like Google Scholar and Scopus, which only performed keyword searches.
The overwhelming volume of published papers made finding relevant and up-to-date information challenging.
Observing that this problem was worsening, the founder envisioned an AI assistant to aid researchers by suggesting research topics and finding pertinent papers. Leveraging their expertise in deep learning, they founded Arya.ai in 2013.
