We Doubled Our HVAC Equipment Business To $2M+ Per Month [Update]

Tell us about what you’ve been up to! Has the business been growing?
In June 2024, we completed 2 years of work with our local EOS implementer.
We have restructured the business with openness, transparency, and clarity through this process.
We now have a solid mission and vision, four easily understood core values, and a 10-year business plan shared with all. At our quarterly all-hands state-of-the-company meetings, in addition to discussing status and achievements, we announce quarterly profit sharing. Departments and sub-teams identify issues, discuss solutions, and solve problems weekly using EOS tools.
We worked hard in early 2023 to move a new web platform by July 2023. After a year on the new platform, we have seen tremendous improvements in customer satisfaction and features that we can offer.
We onboarded a new industry engagement manager in June 2023. He has done a great job of expanding our presence in many venues and increasing mindshare with customers, proving the value we offer in addition to 'just selling products."
