Tell us about what you’ve been up to! Has the business been growing?
PANIQ has been actively opening corporate stores over the past 18 months. Our largest and most significant location to date in West Hollywood is 99% complete and set to open this month – pending final approvals from inspectors. This flagship venue will be one of the most prominent destinations in the escape room industry, situated in one of Los Angeles' most prestigious neighborhoods. Spanning two stories, it will feature 6 escape rooms, a bar, lounge, and additional entertainment activities, the unit should raise PANIQ's revenue by 15-20% alone.
Simultaneously, we are working on a large-scale merger that could position PANIQ and its partner brands as the largest escape room network in the world. We anticipate closing this groundbreaking transaction in 2025, we are working on the due dilligence process as we speak.
