Faceless YouTube Channels: How 100+ Grew And Make Money [Report]

Updated: February 7th, 2025

I started a YouTube channel this year, and 6 months in, with just a handful of videos, the channel has already reaped 2.5 million views.

My realization: YouTube is a completely different beast. I've never seen anything like it.

It’s not just the views, the channel’s impact on the business has been monumental. 6-figures of revenue added to the business right off the bat.

So I thought: why isn't everyone doing this?

Mainly, two obstacles:

(1) People don’t like to be in front of the camera, and (2) They think running a YouTube channel is complex and expensive.

I was like that too.

However, while doing a ton of research for my YouTube channel, I discovered something very interesting:

YouTube faceless channels.

I’ve heard about them and watched some videos. But I didn’t know it was a thing.

One example that blew my mind: a guy rakes in a whopping $16 million per year putting together compilations of existing viral videos.

That’s it.

No edits. No clever script. No cool on-screen graphics. Nothing.

This got me even more curious. I had to learn more.

What are the biggest faceless channels right now? How do they make money? Can they be about anything?

I went so deep down this rabbit hole that I couldn’t see the sunlight.

Through my research, I’ve put together a database of the 100+ most interesting channels I could find.

With data on how much they make, how they monetize, the type of videos they make, what categories are the most profitable, and more.

It includes plenty of filters so you can find the ones that make the most money with the least work.
