Our service has grown significantly since its inception, thanks to each member of the Exolix team, who put a lot of effort into the development of our exchanger and worked to reach the level that we have at the moment. It is impossible to single out one key moment for our business, thanks to which we were able to achieve something and not close down in the early stages. Only daily consistent work has brought us to where we are.

If you overcome the feeling of fear, the feeling of risk, really amazing things can happen to you.

Every year, our team draws up a development strategy for Exolix with a description of clear actions that will help us achieve our goals. After that, during the time allotted by the strategy, we achieve our plans step by step with coordinated actions.

Concerning the key changes that have happened to us lately, we can highlight the update of the design of our website, the introduction of new features that make the process of exchanging cryptocurrencies easier and faster, the addition of the floating rate option, the development of the Exolix widgets, which expanded the possibilities of cooperation for our partners.

And our team has grown a lot! Now there are 30 people in the team who are working to improve Exolix day by day.

What have been your biggest lessons learned in the last year?

Creating a qualitative product in any field of activity is a rather laborious process. Of course, there have been failures along the way, but it is important to remember that when developing a business, you should never dwell on failures, because everyone, without exception, faces them. Failure is just a step on the road to success. It is better to focus your attention on those moments where you were right.

That's why as we moved forward and faced obstacles, we went back, eliminated our shortcomings, improved the website, got better and better and again attracted customers and convinced them that Exolix is their best choice.

Another important lesson is that success is simply a matter of finding and surrounding ourselves with those open and intelligent souls who can take our madness and put it to good use, so it is important to have the right people in the team. A proper working environment is the best engine for the fruitful work of any company.

What’s in the plans for the upcoming year, and the next 5 years?

The road to success is always under construction, so our plans for the coming years are quite ambitious. We continue to improve our service and make it even more accessible to every user. We realized that giving people the opportunity to realize their greatest desires is a win-win strategy.

We are determined to expand the functions of Exolix, to add the Crypto to Fiat feature. Until cryptocurrencies are not on a par with national ones, their holders need fiat money. Since financial regulators are still skeptical about free conversion, the issue of exchanging large amounts from cryptocurrencies to fiat and vice versa is very relevant.

In addition to the above, we also plan to expand our team at least twice, because the implementation of big plans requires a lot of effort. We also plan to increase our profits and the number of our clients. In addition, we will continue to establish business partnerships.

We will not stand still and will develop, applying the lessons that allowed us to grow from scratch, only we have already become more experienced and will not make the mistakes that were made when we first started.

The main thing is to analyze what companies have done to come from good to outstanding results, what do they have in common and what distinguishes them from companies that failed to make such a transition.
“Weird ideas that work” (Robert Sutton). If you want to create interesting products, stimulate the creative potential of employees, look for new ways to develop the company, then you just need to look at the old management in a new way.

Don't be afraid to take risks! If you always do what you have done, you will get results which you always got. Think about what heights you could achieve if you were not afraid.
