Sure thing! For the past few years, I've shifted my mobile home investing business. I still buy and hold from time to time.

Though, my main focus now is wholesaling mobile homes. Basically, I work with sellers to help them sell their mobile homes to find end buyers to buy their homes. Usually, these buyers are either homeowners or investors themselves. Throughout the years, I started noticing a lot more sellers needing help in this niche to sell their mobile homes.

Since I have a background buying and holding mobile homes for cash flow, I'm able to advise and help mobile home sellers when it comes to selling their homes. On the other end of the spectrum, I'm able to work with buyers who are looking for a mobile home to buy either as a homeowner or investor. My knowledge in the industry has helped to create win-win situations with both sellers and buyers.

The great thing about wholesaling mobile homes is that I'm in and out of a deal fairly quickly. Since I only focus on mobile homes as personal property (not attached to land), it's a pretty quick process when finding a buyer for a seller and transferring over the title. Some examples of a few deals I've done include one where I made $2,000 in one day and another one where I made $8,000 in 4 days.

As an investor being in the mobile home industry since 2007, it has given me the knowledge and experience to work with sellers and buyers to see these deals through. Also, having the background as a buy and hold investor of mobiles homes comes in handy as I'm able to inspect homes fairly quickly and spot any repair issues that may be needed. This helps when working with both sellers and buyers when I'm wholesaling mobile homes.

Lately, I've been working with a lot of mobile home dealerships to help their customers find buyers for their existing, used mobile homes so they can buy a new home from the dealership. This has worked out to be a great partnership for both me and the dealership creating a win-win situation.

Having a sales background as a business-to-business executive for Fortune 500 corporations has definitely helped. I'm enjoying the business of wholesaling mobile homes and plan to continue to do more business in the manufactured home industry.
