A couple months ago, I got the chance to meet Justin Welsh, and was blown away by his business.

He makes $2.5M/year. With 0 employees. And runs the biz on just $620 per month.

I usually don’t pay attention to these “course guys”, but I couldn’t stop thinking about Justin’s business…

He’s doing something special and I had to know more.

So I started doing some digging into his business and how he runs the thing.

What I found surprised me:

His business model and marketing strategy is so damn simple.

Like, so simple it could be explained by a 5 year old!

I love finding stuff like this, so I went heads down to see if there are more people like Justin that are making $1M+ with no employees.

Turns out, there’s a ton.

I kept digging and digging and finding more and more people.

I’ve been heads down putting all of these businesses into a spreadsheet.

Again, my biggest takeaway is just how simple these businesses are.

When you think about it, their businesses have to be simple. That’s their superpower.

These guys aren’t genius marketers, they’re just keeping it simple and being consistent.
